I'm a UX Design Lead with over a decade of experience, including seven years consulting with enterprise clients at Think Company. I specialize in building scalable design systems, intuitive user flows, and cross-functional processes that help teams move faster and make better decisions.
With a foundation in visual design and a passion for systems thinking, I've led strategy for complex enterprise tools, overhauled critical workflows, and built multiple design systems from scratch. I'm known for being a calm, collaborative partner to product and engineering teams—often stepping in when things get messy.
